How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all features for 30 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue or your account will be paused (data retained for 30 more days).

What counts as an "active matter"?

Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual plans save 2 months (10 months pricing for 12 months service).
What happens if I exceed my limits?
At 80% we warn you. At 100% we block new uploads/searches. You can purchase add-on packs instantly (valid 90 days) or upgrade your plan.
How do AI searches work?
Each active matter gets a monthly allocation of AI searches (100-200 depending on plan). The counter resets on your billing date each month.
How do contradiction scans work?
Each matter gets 5-15 lifetime contradiction scans (depending on plan). Once you run a scan, you can view the results unlimited times. Add-on packs available if you need more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit. Downgrade at your next billing date.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans can be refunded within 30 days if you're not satisfied.
