1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProvaLens (the "Service"), operated by EasyWay IT, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ProvaLens provides an AI-powered document intelligence platform designed for law firms. The Service includes:

• Document upload, OCR processing, and AI-powered classification
• Intelligent search across case documents with cited results
• Automated timeline generation from case documents
• Contradiction detection across documents
• Audio and video transcription
• Integration with practice management systems (Clio, MyCase)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service is offered under subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access and no limits
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected
• Payment: All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent
• Attempt to access documents or data belonging to other firms

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your documents, case files, and any data you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. AI-generated analysis, timelines, and research results derived from your documents are also your property.

Our Service

The Service, including its technology, design, and branding, is owned by EasyWay IT, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. AI-Generated Analysis

ProvaLens uses artificial intelligence to analyze your documents. While we strive for high accuracy:

• AI-generated analysis, timelines, and research results may contain errors
• All AI responses include citations to source documents for verification
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it
• AI analysis should not replace professional legal judgment
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for any AI-generated output

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, complete firm-level data isolation, and comprehensive audit logging.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Factors beyond our control (internet outages, cloud provider issues)

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYWAY IT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyWay IT, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from all storage systems (database, blob storage, vector database)
• Audit logs are retained per HIPAA requirements regardless of account status

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
